This piece starts with another snap-shot from the cemetery in Sayulita, Mexico, printed on canvas. At this stage, I have worked with color over the print, to create a muted scene. I used Retouch Methods photographic dye, Stabilo All aquarellable pencils, Caran d'Ache Neocolor II water soluble wax pastels. Next begins the etching process. I plan to just let it flow out of me, per usual.
I have etched the framework for the main design. Now I get to move on to the fun stuff.
